As with building model aircraft, I have spent a lifetime working with wood for projects ranging from framing houses and renovations, to building
and renovating furniture. There is very little photographic record of my earlier work, but I've collected what is available. A major missing
piece is a large, all mahogany Mediterranean style credenza I built in wood shop during my senior year of at
Southern Senior High School (1976)
in Harwood, Maryland. It measured around 60" wide x 28" deep x 30" high, with four drawers across the top, a cavity in the middle for a TV set,
and a storage area on each side, with doors covering the TV and storage areas. It was a major undertaking with raised panels on all doors and
drawers. There's not a picture of it anywhere to be found.
